Scoop.it!
This tool allows educators to develop technology-enriched learning environments that allow students to pursue their individual curiosities. Scoop.it! allows teachers to combine multiple online resources and websites on the same topic into one place. This lets students explore and take control of their own learning in an engaging manner.
RubiStar
This rubric was created as a component of a course I created through Google Sites. It is used to provide a summative assessment for one of the projects in the course where students were assigned to create a presentation. RubiStar is an excellent resource to achieve Standard II because it provides teachers with a simple method to create both formative and summative assessments that align with content and technology standards.
Technology Survey
In order to create learning activities that address the needs of each student, and to develop technology-enriched learning environments that enable all students to be active participants in their education, this technology survey was created through the use of Google Forms. The responses of this survey allow instructors to assess students’ technology experiences, and create activities and lessons that are unique to each students’ capabilities.
Free Online Surveys
Quality teaching and learning occurs when educators use both formative and summative data to drive their instructional practices. This formative quiz, created with freeonlinesurveys.com, allows instructors to analyze student learning prior to moving on to the next content area. This particular quiz was created as a component of a teacher-training course about the SAMR model. After learning about each phase of the SAMR model, teachers must take the formative quiz to see if they need to move on to the next phase or review the previous one.
